New York, NY (November 24, 2014) — Crowdtap, the People-Powered Marketing Platform, a new operating system for brands powered by the people who love them, today announced two key appointments to its leadership team: Adam Cricchio as Chief Creative Officer to lead UX and Creative Services and Mindy Davis as SVP of Professional Services to oversee the Client Success team for Crowdtap's growing roster of brand clients. The announcement comes following a high-growth year during which the startup cemented its place as the fourth fastest-growing marketing company in this year's Inc. 500.
Adam Cricchio, Chief Creative Officer:
Cricchio will lead the User Experience and Product Design teams to deliver world-class products for Crowdtap's People-Powered Marketing Platform. Cricchio will also build out the Creative Services team, ensuring best-in-class creative on behalf of Crowdtap and its growing roster of Fortune 500 clients.

Cricchio joins Crowdtap with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience, during which he successfully developed digital strategies and led creative campaigns for some of the world's leading global brands. Most recently, Cricchio served as Vice President, User Experience & Product Design at Weight Watchers. During his eight-year tenure with the company, he helped establish and evolve the Weight Watchers digital business, including the development of a suite of new products and services, from mobile apps to in-store retail experiences. Prior to Weight Watchers, Cricchio co-managed the New York office of Agency.com, an Omnicom Group digital consultancy, as Vice President of Creative.

Davis joins Crowdtap from House Party, where she served as Senior Vice President of Client Services for seven years and built an account team from the bottom up to service leading brands like Hasbro, MorningStar Farms and Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Prior to House Party, Davis was instrumental in driving new business initiatives on the Gevalia brand for Kraft Foods.
