Whirlpool, looking to break away from traditional, product-based marketing, wanted to gather and promote the emotional, authentic experiences their customers experienced daily in a scalable way.
Whirlpool partnered with Crowdtap to build a network of 17,000 people who captured simple moments of care in their home and shared them. Whirlpool amplified this content socially and through traditional advertising, reaching a broader pool of consumers who identified with the real reasons people use Whirlpool products. Whirlpool’s Every Day, Care™ campaign won a gold WOMMY award for the brand, Crowdtap and the DigitasLBi digital agency. The project was also a Webby Award finalist in 2016.

While Goldfish crackers hold a place in the childhood memories of most, Pepperidge Farm wanted to drive beyond nostalgia and boost engagement with their growing Goldfish snack portfolio for audiences beyond young children.
Using Crowdtap, the Goldfish brand found a community of more than 20,000 snackers who created and shared quality content around eight different Goldfish products on social media. In four months, the program produced 34 thousand social posts and 1.8 million engagements.
